Over the past five months, WNC Jet Services has conducted a comprehensive review and update of our company policies and Terms & Conditions (T&C). These revisions were made to resolve ongoing challenges impacting our operations and to uphold the high level of service we are committed to providing. We encourage you to read the updated policies thoroughly, as they will be enforced without exception going forward.

1. Late Payments: WNC Jet Services have faced ongoing delays in receiving payments, which have negatively affected our operational efficiency. Effective immediately, all invoices must be settled within the agreed payment terms. Please be advised that any overdue payments will incur an additional charge of 10% of the original quoted amount. This will apply to each week the payment remains outstanding.

2. Unpaid Invoices: Invoices not paid within the specified terms will prompt immediate action. Persistent non-payment will lead to escalation, which may include legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amounts. WNC Jet Services will no longer accept or overlook overdue accounts.

3. Finalised Pricing: Once a quote is approved and the work is completed, the agreed-upon price is final. Requests to renegotiate or dispute pricing after services have been delivered will not be considered. WNC Jet Services expects all clients to honor the agreed terms.

4. Chargeable Return Visits: Return visits requested for issues outside the originally agreed scope of work will be subject to additional charges. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required work is identified and agreed upon at the start of the project to prevent avoidable extra costs.

5. Payment Implies Satisfaction: By submitting payment, the client acknowledges full satisfaction with the services provided. Any concerns or claims of dissatisfaction must be raised immediately upon completion of the work. Failure to report issues before payments are made will be regarded as acceptance of the completed service.

6. Colour Variations: WNC Jet Services cannot guarantee an exact colour match for roof tiles, whether new or cleaned, due to natural weathering and variations in manufacturing. Clients should be aware that some colour differences are to be expected, and claims based solely on the final colour will not be accepted.

7. Pre and Post-Cleaning Inspection: To ensure transparency and protect all parties involved, WNC Jet Services will use drone technology to document the condition of your roof before and after cleaning. This footage will serve as conclusive evidence of any pre-existing damage and confirm that no damage occurred as a result of our work. In severe moss growth cases, moss can hold the tiles in place, so only when we start cleaning will we be able to see the extent of the damage, if there is any, and this needs to be understood by the customer. If we can't see any obvious damage to the roof tiles by drone, then all will be presumed to be intact.
